Argaka Coast
The Argaka coast lies on the north-west coast of Cyprus, at the foot of the Paphos forest. This whole coastline has magnificent sea and mountain views and an excellent climate. The small coastal, country village of Argaka provides an excellent location for a villa holiday. With a population of 1,000 or so, there are coffee shops, mini- markets and taverns serving local delicacies. Nearby Pomos is another quaint little village with typical Cypriot tavernas and restaurants where hectic is a word unknown by the locals. Latchi and the more developed village of Polis are only a few minutes drive away offer a range of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. This region of Cyprus is very fertile and has an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.
