Set in fabulous, peaceful, tropical gardens this excellent, luxurious villa offers outstanding accommodation. It is located within the “Golden Mile” and is only a few minutes drive to Marbella, the beach and glamorous Puerto Banus with its designer shopping, sophisticated marina and superb international restaurants. An excellent selection of prestigious golf courses are in the immediate vicinity.

Interior

This magnificent villa has been beautifully decorated to the highest standard using a combination of elegant furnishings, antiques and impressive art work. It has beautiful beautiful marble floors throughout. There is an attractive, feature fountain located outside the villa’s main entrance. The living room is on the ground floor and has panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The villa has an imposing, separate dining room next to a large modern kitchen which is well equipped with high quality appliances and a breakfast table. Villa Belamonte has five spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both have double beds and share a full bathroom. A guest cloakroom is located off the hallway. The beautiful master suite is situated on the first floor. It has a double bed, satellite TV and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a private terrace with sun beds. There is a second double bedroom on this level with a large, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi hydro-massage shower. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. Another excellent feature of this villa is its separate annexe apartment which has an attractive living room with two sofa beds, a TV, CD player, a dining area and doors leading to a terrace. The separate kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed and access to a fully fitted family bathroom.

Exterior

The beautiful grounds of this impressive villa are entered through an electric gate. It transports you into a green oasis of calm and colourful tropical gardens. The gardens, rolling lawns and mature palm trees of this property are quite beautiful, tranquil and a marvellous place in which unwind. A sun bathing terrace surrounds the 9x4 metre heated swimming pool, which is entered by ladder steps. There is a pool side barbecue with dining furniture and outside the living room there is a comfortable, covered seating area. These provide an idyllic location for an al fresco lifestyle in this glorious environment and climate.

Amenities

This villa is located on the mountainside of Marbella. Set in a tranquil exclusive residential area, it provides a high level of privacy. The old town of Marbella is 4km away and the nearest beach less than 3 km. There is a big shopping mall called La Canada, 5 km or less than a ten minute drive away, with a good selection of shops, a large supermarket, a movie theatre and a bowling alley. The marina of Puerto Banus is approximately 7 km or a ten minute drive from the villa and has a wide range of restaurants, bars and sophisticated designer boutiques.

Services

There is a week day, Monday to Friday, three hour maid service and weekly linen change. A breakage deposit is required to be paid locally for this villa.
