This is an imposing Mallorquine style villa full of character, set in lovely grounds with beautiful mountain views. It has a beautiful, private swimming pool and large terraces set in the green, mature garden. It is conveniently located three kilometres from both Pollensa and Port of Pollensa with its stunning horse shoe shaped beach and plentiful restaurants.

Interior

This spacious villa has been decorated to a high standard using attractive, Spanish furnishings. In traditional, local style it has high, beamed ceilings and large windows, making it very light and airy. It has a very comfortable, attractive living room with leather sofas, an open fire place and a dining area. This large room has several windows letting in a lot of daylight. A large arched door leads out into the garden and pool area. There is a separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a door to the terrace. The villa has three large, attractive bedrooms which are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, panoramic mountain views and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and a separate family bathroom. Patio doors in two of the bedrooms and the hallway lead on to the large upper terrace.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living and dining rooms lead to a large, covered terrace with patio furniture providing two seating areas. This overlooks the superb, large swimming pool which has a separate, shallow area that can be used as a children’s pool. Alternatively it can be used as a Jacuzzi by adults for relaxing, using the integral seating and power jets. The pool measures 8 x 6 metres and is entered by roman steps. It is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds. Attractive stone archways lead from the sun terrace to the separate pool house which is a superb venue for al fresco dining. It has a large, wooden dining table, a built-in barbecue and a traditional Mallorquine, stone wall oven. On the first floor there is a large open terrace with superb views over the lovely garden, pool and surrounding lush countryside.

Amenities

The villa is situated at an equal distance of three kilometres from both the beautiful Port of Pollensa and Pollensa town. The Port of Pollensa offers one of the best sandy bays in the Mediterranean. Along the tree-lined promenade are an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa and a Sunday market in Pollensa town where local produce and handcrafts can be bought. The nearby nine-hole golf course is only four kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca is about 70 kilometres away.

Services

There is a maid service every day except Sundays and public holidays. Towels will be changed twice a week and for guests staying for 2 weeks there is a weekly linen change.
