This delightful, converted villa offer a true flavour of Mallorquine architecture and charm. It is set in its’ own grounds, in an excellent location, only two kilometres from the closest beach.

Interior

This characterful finca has been lovingly renovated and decorated into a very cosy and attractive property using quality materials and furnishings. The ceilings throughout the villa are wooden, some slanted and make a nice feature. The open plan living room has a fireplace, doors to the terrace, a bar-style dining area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms. The mallorquine style master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom is very pretty and has a double bed. They both are locate don the ground floor. The third bedroom is located on the first floor on the galleried mezzanine above the living room. It has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. There is a shower room on the ground floor.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is exceptionally lovely and quite unique. The covered terrace outside the living room overlooks the swimming pool and the colourful sub-tropical garden. It has wrought iron furniture, romantic lighting and makes an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the long, warm hours in this wonderful climate. At the side of the house is a large barbecue area covered with vines and a long, Mediterranean style tiled table and benches. The villa has a gated, private driveway.

Amenities

The friendly town of Pollensa is located 5,5 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 55 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. A short drive away is the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is a short drive away with its wide, golden sandy bay lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only five kilometres away. Nearby, is the larger resort of Alcudia, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.

Services

There is a maid service every day except Sundays and public holidays. Towels will be changed twice a week and for guests staying for 2 weeks there is a weekly linen change.
